The bedroom also provides stunning views, with double aspect windows overlooking the majestic Chapman’s Peak. The main bathroom is ensuite and has also been recently completely renewed – is spacious and well equipped and offers a large walk-in shower. There is also a separate guest washroom.

Equipped with Wi-Fi and DSTV. All linen and towels are provided.

Residents enjoy use of “The Village” large indoor heated pool and there is 24 hour security.

The apartment has free secure parking and is located 5 minutes away from the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive, a 100m walk from the beautiful Hout Bay beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
